Join us as an Associate Tech Lead Backend Development and play a critical role in developing secure, scalable integrations and data pipelines that are key to our mission of advancing sustainable technologies. What will you do:

In this role you will:

  • Design and deliver secure API integrations with external platforms using Python (FastAPI).
  • Build and maintain microservices to ingest, process, and synchronize data in real time.
  • Ensure compliance with external API requirements for security and performance.
  • Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions to ensure reliability.
  • Define and maintain data models to normalize work order structures across systems.
  • Guarantee data consistency and high quality across all integrations.
  • Develop, maintain, and automate CI/CD pipelines for deployment in AWS.
  • (Optional) Lead the design and delivery of monitoring solutions, including dashboards and metrics for ongoing reliability.

What you will bring:

  • Expert-level experience in Python and microservice design (FastAPI preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch).
  • Strong knowledge of logging, monitoring, and observability tools such as Datadog, ELK, or AWS CloudWatch.
  • Skilled in designing scalable data models and managing API performance under rate limits.
  • Excellent communicator, able to document and explain technical details clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deliver automated tests (unit and integration).
  • Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with our leadership principles.
