Job Description

**Product Strategy & Planning - Responsibilities**

1. Conduct global offshore engineering market analysis, segmentation, and competitive research to inform strategic and product planning initiatives
2. Manage product and technology requirements collection, analysis, and distribution across the organization
3. Develop offshore product platform roadmaps, requirements proposals, and guide product definition
4. Lead offshore technology planning and support development of business cases for emerging and shared technologies
5. Define concept schemes during project initiation phase and ensure market success of new products and technologies

Qualifications

**Product Strategy & Planning - Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 10+ years of experience in offshore product and technology development
• Professional knowledge of shipbuilding and marine platform industry
• Strong communication and coordination skills with demonstrated market insight, research capability, and customer sensitivity
• English proficiency to communicate effectively with international clients (preferred)
