E & I Integration Coordinator

Job Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Ensure application and compliance with HSSE rules within scope of responsibility, serving as the primary yard-level correspondent for all engineering and construction matters related to the assigned disciplines.
2. Actively liaise and collaborate with the Integration Team, Area Leads, discipline engineers, FPSO Interface Engineer, and other Project Packages to manage all interfaces and engineering issues.
3. Review and ensure compliance of contractor-issued documentation (technical documentation, queries, deviations) with Project Specifications, Procedures, international norms and standards, whilst optimising costs without compromising Quality and Safety.
4. Support the follow-up of design and studies performed by the FPSO Contractor/Subcontractors at yard level, ensuring timely delivery and fitness for purpose of all related deliverables.
5. Supervise site installation activities across topside modules, hull skids, central control rooms, electrical buildings, and living quarters, with particular focus on critical integration activities including cable tray routing, power and fibre optic cable pulling, voltage terminations, penetrations, grounding/earthing grids, and instrument impulse lines.
6. Coordinate interface management for complex E&I packages (ICSS, Fire & Gas Systems, Power Management Systems, Telecoms, Subsea Interface Units) during skid-to-module and module-to-hull hook-ups.
7. Verify proper storage, preservation, and maintenance of sensitive electronic, automation, and electrical equipment at the yard prior to installation.
8. Drive punch-listing, subsystem handovers, and multi-discipline interface clearance to transition systems from construction to pre-commissioning/commissioning phases.
9. Verify completion of loop testing, megger testing, calibration records, and as-built documentation.
10. Participate in project reviews (HAZOP, HAZID, SPOT, ODR, PTR) and Safety/Technical Audits as required.
11. Maintain close coordination with the FPSO Hull & Integration Manager, Topsides Area Teams, Construction, Commissioning, QA/QC, and Package Engineers to ensure alignment of priorities, schedule, and technical resolutions.
12. Provide timely reporting to the FPSO Hull & Integration Manager regarding progress and concerns, anticipating problems and proposing solutions.
13. Demonstrate exemplary behaviour regarding Company Ethics, Code of Conduct policy, and Anti-Corruption Program requirements.

Qualifications

**Required Qualifications:**

• Minimum 8 years' professional experience in offshore oil & gas, FPSO, FLNG, refinery, petrochemical or major module fabrication projects, with at least 5 years in a similar E&I integration or coordination role
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Systems Engineering (or equivalent experience/qualification)
• Fluent Mandarin and working-level English

**Desirable Qualifications:**

• Previous experience within Chinese fabrication yards (COSCO, CMHI, COOEC, BOMESC or equivalent)
• Strong interface management, reporting and cross-cultural communication skills
