Your territory
As part of our Software Development team, you will:
- Develop world-class software solutions for a global leader in the pet tech industry
- Work with modern technologies to elevate our in-house manufacturing, logistics, and RMA platforms - key tools ensuring the efficient production and distribution of millions of GPS trackers globally
- Help your teammates grow through mentoring and guidance, empowering them to overcome obstacles, sharpen their skills, and continuously improve
- Design, develop, and launch new features across the entire stack— while ensuring solutions deliver high performance, reliability, and seamless user experience
- Lead the architectural design, development, and seamless integration of third-party services to amplify our platform’s capabilities
- Bring your passion for technology to the team, driving innovative solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible
- Analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and drive performance improvements - making our systems faster, more efficient, and more scalable
- Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”

Your profile
Key requirements:
- 7+ years of professional experience working with Java or Kotlin and Spring Boot
- Strong expertise in backend development; infrastructure and DevOps experience a plus
- Proficient with frontend technologies (e.g. Angular, React, or Vue.js)
- Solid knowledge of databases (e.g. MongoDB, MySQL)
- Deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns, capable of writing scalable, maintainable code
- Confident communicator with the ability to articulate and defend ideas effectively
- Very good English skills
