We’re looking for a (Senior) SEO Manager to join our team and embark on this journey with us.

What will you do?

• Conduct competitor analysis, keyword research, website audits, and gather customer insights to uncover content and marketing opportunities within the DACH market.
• Continuously monitor site performance metrics, resolve technical SEO issues, and stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Optimize internal linking structures and site hierarchy to enhance crawlability, distribute link equity effectively, and improve user experience on key pages and categories.
• Drive landing page performance improvements through A/B testing, usability enhancements, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to boost engagement and lead generation.
• Collaborate with Content, Product, Marketing, and Tech teams to implement SEO strategies, improve user experience, and align with broader marketing goals.
• Use tools like Search Console, Ahrefs, and Looker to track organic performance, present actionable insights to stakeholders, and refine strategies based on data.

What will you need to be successful?

• A proven track record in SEO, with a focus on driving organic growth and managing complex on-page SEO projects.
• Strong technical SEO expertise, including knowledge of site architecture, crawlability, indexing, and experience resolving technical issues.
• A data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics and SEO tools to measure performance, analyze trends, and inform decisions.
• A user-focused approach, with a deep understanding of search intent, user behavior, and how to create high-performing, audience-tailored content.
• Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and thriving in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex SEO concepts to diverse audiences. Fluency in business-level English is required; German and/or French are a plus.
• A passion for innovation, with a willingness to experiment, iterate quickly, and adapt in a constantly evolving industry.
