We’re looking for a Product Manager - Data & AI with a strong technical background in data science to join our team and embark on this journey with us.

In this role, you will manage and grow our portfolio of data and AI products. You will ensure the quality and impact of our existing products and identify new opportunities, particularly in generative AI.

What you will do:

Key Responsibilities

• Product Portfolio Management – Oversee the lifecycle, health and performance of our data and AI products, including defining and improving key performance indicators
• Product Discovery & Strategy – Identify and validate new data and AI opportunities, with a focus on generative AI. Maintain a product roadmap to support the company strategy
• Requirements Definition & Collaboration – Translate business needs and user insights into product requirements. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product development
• Data Analysis & Storytelling – Independently perform data analysis and visualization for product management to assess product health and prioritize opportunities
• Market Research & Industry Trends – Stay informed on advancements in data science, machine learning, and generative AI to guide product innovation

What you will need to be successful:

• Track record of developing and managing data science-heavy products (e.g., search, recommendations, marketing optimization, lead scoring) along the full product lifecycle.
• Strong technical background in data science, machine learning (including generative AI), and A/B testing.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization, including SQL, Python, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
• Experience using wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to communicate product ideas.
• Extensive stakeholder management experience, including e.g. engineering, data science and design teams. Comfortable influencing without authority.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable making decisions under uncertainty. Comfortable recognizing when to switch from experimentation to execution.
• Grit, resourcefulness and a strong focus on achieving results in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
