We are accountable for system and sub-system verification which includes test case development, post processing and reporting. We engage with various stakeholders from systems engineering & software development to virtual & physical testing to ensure a consistent verification & validation workflow. We develop concepts to implement and scale test methods such as scenario-based testing to support our overall verification and validation strategy.
What you’ll do:
As part of the test strategy team, you’ll define and implement our strategy around the Hardware-in-the-Loop test platforms. You will work with various teams to design, build, and maintain our HiL infrastructure as well as specify, implement, execute, and evaluate the tests in those environments.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related field and 6+ years of experience OR a Master’s degree and 4+ years of experience.
- Strong understanding of HIL (Hardware in Loop) simulation, including the design, setup, and maintenance of HIL test benches.
- Understanding of Autonomous Driving technologies, including sensors (LiDAR, radar, cameras), perception algorithms, sensor fusion, and vehicle dynamics.
- Proven experience with HIL testing environments such as dSPACE, National Instruments (NI), Vector, or similar platforms, and ability to apply that knowledge to help support integration of in-house HIL benches
- Knowledge of integrating complex systems in a HIL environment and conducting verification and validation (V&V) tests in compliance with safety standards such as ISO 26262,
