About the role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineering Manager to lead our DevOps function and shape the infrastructure strategy across cloud and on-premises environments.

Working closely with technical teams and senior stakeholders, you will drive infrastructure modernization, embed DevSecOps practices throughout the delivery lifecycle, and lead a high-performing DevOps team.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop the DevOps Engineering team while fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.

• Define and execute the infrastructure roadmap across cloud and on-premises environments.

• Plan and deliver large-scale infrastructure projects from design through implementation and operational support.

• Architect, manage, and optimize enterprise Kubernetes environments using Rancher.

• Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines supporting multiple technology stacks including .NET, Java, and Flutter.

• Establish and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards using Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent technologies.

• Oversee application deployments, release governance, and production stability across all environments.

• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions to maximize system availability and performance.

• Manage middleware platforms including RabbitMQ, Redis, and PostgreSQL.

• Embed security, compliance, and DevSecOps practices throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure decisions with business and product strategies.

• Drive capacity planning, disaster recovery, resilience, and continuous optimization initiatives.

What we are looking for

• An experienced DevOps leader with at least 3 years of people management experience leading and developing engineering teams. Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments.

• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.

• Experience delivering enterprise-scale infrastructure projects.

• Passion for automation, Infrastructure as Code, and operational excellence.

• Strong understanding of DevSecOps, security best practices, and compliance.

• A collaborative leader capable of working effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• A proactive problem solver with excellent organizational and decision-making skills.

• Someone who balances long-term strategic thinking with day-to-day operational excellence.

What you will bring

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, or Systems Engineering, including leadership responsibilities.

• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Rancher, Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Experience managing enterprise middleware including RabbitMQ, Redis, and PostgreSQL.

• Strong scripting skills using Bash and/or Python.

• Experience with Helm Charts, GitOps methodologies, and modern deployment pipelines.

• Solid knowledge of networking, security, high availability, disaster recovery, and system resilience.

• Excellent communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.

• The ability to drive continuous improvement while maintaining operational stability.

Work requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Relevant industry certifications (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, or equivalent) are considered an advantage.

• Experience working within enterprise or highly regulated environments is desirable.

• Ability to work collaboratively across global teams and multiple time zones when required.
