Senior Software Developer

About the role
We are looking for a senior software developer to join our early team. You will be joining a small team of existing developers and will be able to make a big impact. Experience with data analytics and AI is a benefit. This role is hybrid, and you are expected to come to the office, located in Downtown Vancouver, 2 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance product features using Python and Typescript
- Architect and design changes to the existing codebase
- Assist with managing our infrastructure and deployment systems
- Apply AI to the field of performance management
- Collaborate closely with the customer-facing teams to address customer issues and enhance the product based on customer feedback
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer or a similar role
- Experience with Python, Typescript, Django or React is beneficial but not required
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Experience developing features utilizing LLMs is preferred

Salary Range
- $100K-180K + Stock Options
