As a Communication Lead you will be the voice of Mindrift, Toloka’s newly launched brand, across various social platforms, including Discord, Reddit, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Your role will involve addressing issues, fostering interactive communities, and developing strong relationships with our audience to enhance brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.

  • Improve the process of monitoring, moderating and responding to audience comments; manage community interactions and conversations effectively.
  • Train and manage several communication specialists.
  • Create compelling content in collaboration with the Social Media Manager that aligns with our brand’s voice and goals, including posts, discussions, and multimedia materials.
  • Analyze engagement data, identify trends in customer interactions, and propose action plans to boost brand presence and community satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with support, marketing, and product development teams to relay community feedback and ensure brand consistency.
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
  • Stay updated with digital technology trends and utilize this knowledge to develop community engagement tactics.
  • Similar experience
  • Verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to personalize interactions across diverse platforms (Facebook, Linkedin).
  • Must speak, read, and write in English and Russian fluently
  • Experience in using analytics tools to monitor social media outlets, interpret metrics, and make improvements accordingly.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into actionable engagement tactics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
