Description
Our Infrastructure Engineering organization build and operate hyper-scale datacenters, manage the life cycle of server fleet, allocate cloud resources and create various cloud solutions, and provide infrastructure services including widely distributed Content Distribution Networks (CDNs).
The Infrastructure Platform team build and leverage various platforms and toolings to manage and interact with our infrastructures and services, including end-to-end capacity delivery, asset management, data center infrastructure management, system engineering, server fleet management, financial operation, governance, risk, and compliance, etc. To support the fast growth and improve operation efficiency, these platforms need to be feature rich, easy to use, scalable, agile and compliant to with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
- Participate in the global infrastructure platform product feature development, to improve overall organization efficiency and data insight
- Manage project priorities and product deliverables, drive technical initiatives from execution to landing
- Partner with cross-function teams, e.g. PM, QA, BP, to drive product vision and engineering roadmap
- Team management, including hiring, providing career growth guidance, coaching and trainingMinimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline working experience
- Proficient in one or multiple programming languages, e.g. Go, C/C++, Java, Python, etc.
- Experience in distributed systems, backend API development, and related fields
- Familiar with Big Data technologies (Hive, Spark, Kafka, ClickHouse, Flink etc.)
- Knowledge of cloud service, data centers, supply chains and asset management is a plus.

Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of software engineering team management experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
