Team Introduction
Join our dynamic Global CRM Platform team and play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing TikTok's proprietary CRM system. Our mission is to build a stable, flexible, and intelligent platform that drives commercialization efficiency and elevates client satisfaction. As a key member of the Opportunity and Forecast team, you will be instrumental in creating sophisticated revenue planning and forecasting modules. This role offers the unique opportunity to work at the forefront of innovation in a rapidly evolving tech environment.

Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the backend development of TikTok's proprietary CRM platform.
- You will transform our existing platform into a market-leading solution, incorporating industry best practices.
- You will collaborate with a global team of product experts across TikTok's major markets to create cutting-edge sales forecasting solutions.
- Your work will directly support day-to-day operations, drive revenue growth, and facilitate strategic planning initiatives.
- You will analyze user requests and translate them into scalable and robust technical solutions.Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in software development, with Java expertise preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and automated Ad Sales processes is highly advantageous.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
