SDET team focuses on testing and delivering innovative, high-quality product features of the TikTok as well as protecting user data. Our Mission is to facilitate the release of TikTok features and enhancements from the development to production stage through effective testing, delivering quality at speed.

In this role, you will:
1. Support a small to medium sized engineering team on career development;
2. Work on test strategy and methodology setup and optimization;
3. Provide technical support for engineers on team;
4. Align with product and org objectives, and coordinate with cross-functional teams on delivering key results;
5. Define long term technical roadmap for team;
6. Contribute to technical decisions on projects among the product.Minimum Qualifications:
1. BS/MS degree in a relevant field: Computer Engineering or EE;
2. 5+ years of mobile application testing experience and/or service development or testing experience and 2+ years managing or tech-leading a team;
3. Experience working with Java/Objective-C/Python/Golang;
4. Experience with service automation, performance testing tools or test platform development;
5. Experience with Redis, NSQ, Zero-MQ, Kafka, Docker, K8s, Hive, Spark;
6. Excellent communication and problem solving skills, ability to coordinate with different global teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Familiar with Java/Python/Objective-C/Golang, experience in related projects development;
2. Familiar with Redis, NSQ, Zero-MQ, Kafka, Docker, K8s, Hive, Spark
