Team Introduction

The Trust & Safety (T&S) team at TikTok helps ensure that our global online community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our applications. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

Online Assessment
Candidates who pass resume evaluation will be invited to participate in TikTok's technical online assessment in HackerRank.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with RD peers to ensure project quality that meets functional and user experience standards and expectations.
- Continuously track and analyze quality issues, recommend insights, develop improvement plans, and collaborate with peers to improve quality performance.
- Collaborate with automation/stability QA teams to enhance internal tools/frameworks/platforms to make the team more productive.Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
2. Familiar with at least one programming language such as Python/Go/Java/C++
3. Strong analytical, problem solving skills
4. Effective ability to work collaboratively with across different teams / geographies

Preferred Qualifications
• Published papers in the top AI conferences or journals is a plus, including KDD, IJCAI, WWW, WSDM, ICML, NeurIPS, CVPR, ECCV, ICCV, ACL, etc.;
• Experience in trust and safety area is a plus
