The Ads Infra team of US Tech Services works on building and running large-scale, globally distributed, fault-tolerant ads systems. SREs keep the systems up and running with the highest level of availability, ensuring our users have the best experience possible.

In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

What You'll Do:
• Engage in and improve the reliability, scalability and release cycle of TikTok Ads.
• Deliver tools/software to improve the reliability and scalability of services.
• Measure and monitor availability, latency and overall service health.
• Practice sustainable incident response and postmortems.
• Participate in on-call rotations across continents.Minimum Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
• Expertise in Linux operating systems, networking, and/or cloud computing, big data, micro-services.
• Experience programming in at least one programming language or script language.
• Effective communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive.
