Responsibilities
Define our product quality strategy and ensure end-to-end quality and efficiency in the agile testing process.
Participate in the development of automated testing tools/frameworks, design and execution of automated test cases, automatically building test environments, and continuous integration.
Responsible for the entire system testing process, including but not limited to analysis, designing and executing test plans and cases, and conducting defect tracking.
Work on project management, risk management, and process management tasks.
Help implement test tools and collaborate with automation/performance test teams to build up internal tools/frameworks/platforms to make the team more productive.
Continuously track online and offline fault, and draw some improvement measures such as monitoring optimization, and test plan improvement.
Suggest improvements to the product to establish the ultimate user experience and suggest improvements to the project to improve the overall efficiency.
Understand the tools and techniques used in developing new products and work with cross-functionality teams to establish and refine dashboards and metrics to facilitate our data-driven approach.
Improving the usability, reliability, stability of the whole CI/CD pipeline and user experience.
Influencing the engineering culture of the product teams and advocating engineering excellence.Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
Creating and supporting REST-based API automation testing frameworks using Python;
Performing and executing quality assurance testing for mobile products and large-scale client server applications;
Creating test cases and test plans;
Reporting bugs using bug tracking tools and working with developers to resolve those issues;
Identifying, recording, resolving, and documenting software bugs, including tracking bugs and test metrics; and
Building automated test scripts using Java or Python.

Travel Requirement: Domestic travel required up to 5%.

Type: Full time, 40 hours/week
Location: San Jose, CA
Salary Range: $150400 - $266000 per year
