Team Introduction Ads Signals team's vision is to understand customers' behavior by collecting their online/offline activity from varied sources and connecting them across devices using robust Identity graph in a privacy compliant way. These signals power our entire Ads ecosystem spanning Targeting, Attribution, Optimization, Measurement, Insights and Reporting. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. This Internship Program runs for 12 weeks beginning in May/June 2025. Responsibilities - We are looking for an MBA intern to help build new signal collection and identity resolution methodologies, including privacy-preserving technologies. - You will work with engineers, data scientists, and product manager to conduct research and build prototypes of the next generation of ads signal & identity products that touch 'millions' of advertisers.Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a full time MBA or related discipline. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Development experience with large-scale backend and data pipelines Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors or Maters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Security or related fields. - Strong knowledge of cloud-native technologies and architectures. - Familiarity with privacy-preserving algorithms and techniques.
