Team Intro
The team mission of Ads Audience and Targeting Autmation Product is to help advertisers reach their desired audience and optimize advertisement performance. Make every ad impression meaningful for the both the business and the users. As a member of the Ads Audience and Targeting Automation Product team, you will build ML products to improve advertising ROI by understanding user interest and intention, and build large-scale foundations for data processing and serving for next-generation ad targeting products. This team is working on a variety of products such as custom audience, interest, behavior, lookalike, auto targeting etc., as well as new innovative features.

What You'll Do
• Work with engineers, data scientists, and product marketing managers to define the audience and targeting product strategy and build ML products based on data-driven methods and industry trends.
• Design, build and launch audience and targeting products, and make real world business impact.
• Build ML product to understand users, extract and aggregate data insights to help advertisers discover strategies that help them grow their business on the most viral video platform.Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 4+ years of ad tech product management experience, having taken one or more products through the software development lifecycle from conception to launch
- A strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem with direct experience in one of the following areas: ads optimization product, audience and targeting or identity
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics
- Hands-on machine learning experience or experience building and launching ML products
- Experience working in a high-growth, startup environment
