About the team
We are seeking a senior product leader to join our US TikTok Shop User Growth team. The User Growth team plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention of billions of users/customers WW. We are building platforms, leveraging data & ML models, and providing end-to-end solutions to power the global growth of TikTok Shop.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for building platforms that power the user growth of TikTok Shop (E-commerce business) globally
- Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for UG Platform(s)
- Work collaboratively with global and XFN teams (Product, Eng, Marketing, Data Science and Prod Operations, etc) to execute effectively on the defined roadmap
- Build an in-depth understanding of the needs of Acquisition and Customer Lifecycle teams and the nuances in their operations across different regions
- Author comprehensive PRDs and work with Product, Eng, Operations, and Marketing teams to drive them to launch
- Work with ML and Data Science teams to identify opportunities primed for optimization through the deployment of ML models
- Accurately estimate and measure the impact of launches, establish and monitor key performance metrics
- Be an effective communicator of the vision and progress of your area to your working teams, leadership, and across the org
- Responsible for the growth of TikTok Shop's global user base (e-commerce business). Design and execute product definition/ launch/ GTM based on global and peculiarities.
- Define product strategies driving revenue growth on the platform through an in-depth understanding of the needs of sellers/ customers/ content creators and other parties involved.
- Develop and apply best practices for pricing strategies, including price elasticity, customer segmentation, and channel management.
- Use data analysis techniques and tools to identify pricing anomalies and recognize growth opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and recommend appropriate pricing strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Develop and maintain revenue metrics and forecasts and use them to recommend pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance pricing and promotion strategies and optimize revenue and profitability.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience with tech products: Familiarity with product design/ launch/ GTM, product strategy, relevant experience in revenue management, pricing strategies, data analysis, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in Data Analytics, with a knack for translating insights into impactful product decisions, strong analytical skills, and experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python.
- Strategic and Logical Thinker, ability to research and synthesize key findings, with effective planning, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- User-Centric Mindset: Passionate about understanding sellers from different backgrounds and excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally in a globally collaborative environment.
- Experimentation Champion, proven track record in designing and analyzing A/B tests, driving iterative improvements.
Agility and leadership: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, driving strategies as the landscape evolves. A true self-starter who can influence cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in E-commerce or operations in a technology company.
- 5+ years of experience collaborating with engineering, data science, machine learning teams.
