Our team focuses on developing cutting-edge Generative AI techs across all modalities, including text, image, videos, landing pages, etc., and creates industry-leading technical solutions to improve creative efficiency for advertisers, agencies and creators. We are committed to automated creative workflows by leveraging Generative AI technologies, to increase overall revenue for advertisers, agencies and creators. We are looking for ML engineers who are excited to grow their business understanding, build highly scalable and reliable software/infrastructure, partner across functions with global teams, and make big impacts. Develop and implement AI-driven applications for text-to-image and text-to-video transformations to support diverse content generation needs. 2. Design and enhance robust multi-GPU systems for the efficient training and deployment of large-scale generative models. 3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve the platforms that support our AI models, focusing on performance optimization and reduction of latency in model training and deployment. 4. Stay updated with the latest industry and academic developments in generative AI to integrate state-of-the-art technologies and methodologies into our operations.Minimum Qualifications: 1. M.S./Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Deep expertise in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, with a strong grasp of large-scale model training technologies like FSDP/DeepSpeed and Asyncio. 2. Proficient experience in Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes environments. 3. Proven experience in generative models, especially in text-to-image (e.g., Diffusion-Based Models, Diffusion Transformers) and text-to-video (e.g., EMU series, MagViT) technologies. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Advanced knowledge of CUDA optimization and multi-GPU system architectures. 2. Significant experience in cloud computing and distributed systems, particularly in environments like GCP/Azure. 3. Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a strong commitment to continuous learning in AI/ML fields. 4. Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
