The Growth team plays a core role in acquisition, activation, and retention of billions of users, through our globally popular products such as TikTok, TikTok Lite, etc. We are building platform foundations, leveraging data and ML models, and providing end-to-end solutions to power global growth. Typical Growth projects including SEO、Sharing、Incentive etc. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025. Successful candidates must be able to commit to either of the following Internships - From January to June - From May to August (Summer) Responsibilities: - Participated in the design and development of the paid advertising system for global user growth in TikTok, Lemon8, and other services. - Applied large model capabilities to explore tasks such as creative insights, e-commerce product testing, intelligent templates, and AIGC creative effectiveness validation. - Participated in the development of algorithm strategies for scenarios such as ad creation, budgeting & bidding control, creative demand estimation, and effectiveness attribution.Minimum Qualifications 1. Final year or recent graduate with a background in computer science, software engineering, information technology or related majors; 2. Possess knowledge of algorithms and data structures, operating systems, and network programming, with strong programming and system design skills. 3. Familiar with abilities of large models such as ChatGPT, Diffusion, and ControlNet, and have substantial application experience. 4. Familiar with commonly used deep learning frameworks and have a certain understanding of deep learning algorithms (LR, DNN, GBDT, etc.). 5. Participation in deep learning applications and large model application development is preferred, along with experience in engineering and algorithm architecture design. Preferred Qualifications: 1.
