Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain a global-scale, multi-regional live streaming platform. - Architect, implement, and operate critical and scalable services, including video delivery services, live scheduling services, and core persistence layer. - Construct live streaming platforms, systems, and infrastructure, leveraging knowledge in network and distributed systems. - Ensure service and system quality through the development of testing frameworks and creation of automated tests. - Contribute to design reviews and code reviews for the live streaming infrastructure team.Minimum Qualifications - Final year student or recent graduate (strictly within the last 12 months) with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field involving software/system engineering, or equivalent working experience, - Good programming experience with at least one of the following languages: C, C++, Java, Python, or Go - Familiarity with Unix/Linux operating systems Preferred Qualifications - Experience with SQL, NoSQL databases, Memcache/Redis - Experience with video processing and delivery technology --- TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
