TikTok Ads Creative & Ecosystem team tackles the challenge of creating engaging and effective ad creatives at scale. Our mission is to build cutting-edge tech solutions for ad understanding, production, and optimization, empowering advertisers, creators, and partners to deliver the best creative experiences. The team is building platforms to provide in-depth and unique AI-driven data insights to provide creative guidance to advertisers, which is the key for their ads planning and iteration. We are looking for an engineer leader with strong data application background to join our fast growing team. The engineer leader will lead the team to focus on creative insights direction, grow business understanding, build highly scalable and reliable software/infrastructure, partner across functions with global teams, and make big impacts. Responsible for the business development of creative AI production tools, building first-class commercial short video production tools; 2. Responsible for the construction of the backend production architecture of the creative factory, and designing a highly stable production system; 3. Responsible for the construction of the underlying AI capability layer of the creative factory, providing fast access capabilities for the business; 4. Responsible for AIGC X advertising, directly connecting the AI-generated creativity to the delivery system, and delivering it to thousands of people; 5. Responsible for the exploration and construction of cutting-edge creative tool products related to AIGC, including but not limited to video, audio, image, text, etc., with a strong product sense and the ability to quickly capture relevant opportunities.Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering, or related fields. Have a solid foundation in data structure and algorithm, strong coding ability, familiar with Linux and development environment, proficiency in Golang/Python is preferred, and background in algorithm strategy development is preferred; 2. Familiar with multimodal models such as text-to-image, image-to-image, text-to-video, etc., pay attention to industry trends and explore business boundaries; 3. Have experience in algorithm engineering construction, and formulate technical construction plans for the middle platform from the perspective of algorithms; 4. Good at communication, proactive work, good cross-team collaboration ability, as a bridge between engineering and algorithms, to ensure efficient and orderly progress of the business. Have team management experience, and experience in leading team planning and implementation in combination with business. Preferred Qualifications - Familiar with the advertising system, and have a good understanding of the upstream and downstream of advertising; - Good international perspective.
