The Monetization GenAI team is responsible for developing foundation models across text, image and video in TikTok to empower ads business. You will be at the forefront of driving innovation in the field of artificial intelligence and responsible for leading a talented team of AI experts. Your team's primary objective is to develop cutting-edge generative AI models and algorithms with a strong focus on monetization strategies. Through this work, you will contribute to the development of innovative products and solutions that enhance revenue streams and create a competitive edge for our organization.

Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage a team of AI researchers and developers focused on generative AI and monetization, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
2. Drive the development of cutting-edge generative AI models and algorithms with a focus on monetization applications, exploring data sources and techniques for improved performance.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI technology into existing products or create new revenue-generating solutions aligned with business objectives.
4. Identify and execute monetization strategies for generative AI technology, analyzing market trends and customer feedback to make data-informed decisions.
5. Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI and actively contribute to the AI community.Minimum Qualifications
1. Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field, with a focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence.
2. 5 years of working experience in machine learning and AI areas, along with 3 years of leadership or management experience leading AI teams.
3. Proven track record of leading AI teams with business objectives and executing successful plans for AI-driven products.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a passion for innovation.
