We are looking for an algorithm technical manager who is obsessed with customer experience and passionate about building systems to detect various risks that can sabotage platform trust. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Responsibilities: - Develop scientific metrics to measure success of E-Commerce governance and experience team; - Develop the credit system for merchants and creators to incentivize good behavior; - Work closely with engineers and product managers, and drive project execution and iteration by clear problem scoping and design.Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Economy or other relevant majors with 2+ years of work experience. - Proficient in at least one software programming language, such as SQL/R/Python; - Good self-driving ability and team cooperation ability, strong sense of responsibility, willingness and ability to challenge oneself and learn new knowledge. Preferred Qualifications: - Experiences in Hadoop/Spark/Storm and other computing platforms and tools. - Hands-on experience in open source machine learning frameworks such as pytorch and tensorflow.
