The team aim to enhance privacy and security worldwide, tackling the unprecedented compliance challenges. We drive privacy initiatives across big data realms, utilizing different approaches. The landscape of privacy and security is measured, analyzed and then enhanced by data. It's becoming a company wide key initiative, with its impact visible in public media. Responsibilities
• Lead a team developing a data warehouse and infrastructure powering privacy and security efforts
• Drive the vision for data engineering efforts and define and execute roadmap to achieve it
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers and legal teams to understand data needs, presenting key data insights
• Influence cross-functional teams to identify data opportunities
• Manage to build high quality data architecture, warehouses and data visualizations
• Partner with recruiting teams to hire world-class engineers and grow them to form a high-performance teamMinimum Qualifications
• Experience scaling and managing teams
• Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver the best
• Big data experience e.g. Spark, Presto, Clickhouse, HDFS, Data lake
• Development experience in data warehouse and ETL and at least one object-oriented language (Python, Java, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science or relevant disciplines
• 5 years of experience in the data engineering domain
• Experience of working in privacy, security or infrastructure domain
