Team Intro
The USDS User Business Operations team is seeking an experienced Communications Project Manager with a strong background in digital communications, project management, and brand alignment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing large-scale digital communication projects. They will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of communication strategies, brand compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.

In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead and manage digital communication projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the User Business Operations PMO, Data & Analytics, and cross-functional partners in Marketing and E-Commerce to own and drive initiatives that streamline creator engagement
- Tools & Processes: Learn and adapt to organizational tools and processes for managing communication workflows, approvals, and project tracking.
- Brand Alignment & Compliance: Ensure all digital communications meet brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
- Execution: Oversee the development, approval, and execution of digital communication strategies, ensuring they align with company goals and resonate with target audiences.
- Quality Control: Review and approve communication materials, ensuring they meet brand standards and are free of errors.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track project performance, report on milestones, and suggest improvements for future campaigns based on data and feedback.Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in project management with a focus on digital communications.
- Strong understanding of communication tools, project management software, and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to ensure brand consistency and compliance in all communication efforts.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large-scale digital communication projects.
- Familiarity with industry tools like project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple ongoing projects.
