The feeds team is responsible for TikTok's content discovery and consumption research and development. We distribute vast amounts of video content to users through systems like the "For You" page recommendations. To achieve this goal, we build robust backend systems and maintain their consistency
Our team collaborates with the product and data teams to develop diverse product features and content distribution strategies, helping users discover a variety of video content, as well as helping diverse video content be discovered by more users.

Responsibilities:
- Build intuitive and reliable backend services for TikTok's feeds infrastructure.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables effectively.
- Collaborate with product management and R&D teams globally in a fast-paced environment.Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Golang, Java, or Python.
- Familiar with databases such as MySQL/MongoDB/Redis, and familiar with common backend frameworks.
- Exhibit good problem-solving skills and team communication/collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
- Graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Agile, quick self-learner, highly self-motivated with strong sense of product ownership and creative problem solver.
- Deeply passionate about software coding/development.
- Good collaborator and team player, comfortable working in a fast moving, culturally diverse and globally distributed team environment.
