CommercePack team is responsible for connecting commercialization with the user community ecosystem. We provide data assembly and management for the display and interaction of advertisements, and promote a sustainable development ecosystem for advertising content.Our aim is to provide a unified platform for end-to-end commercial presentations and marketing data interaction, thereby enhancing the value of advertisements.
We are looking for engineers who will work with us to create the history of the most powerful and highly-impactful CommercePack systems. You will have the opportunity to learn CommercePack core ads infra and various ads domain knowledge . You will directly work with great business partners like you to influence product roadmap and customer satisfaction as well as our revenue growth. You will work with a super strong technical community including various domain gurus and experts to drive architectural and product excellence.

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the backend development related to ByteDance's overseas product advertisement displays, along with design and implementation of high-concurrency systems; continuously enhances existing services and identifies system vulnerabilities.
2. Responsible for high-quality design and coding, while tackling key and complex technical problems.
3. Participate in formulating coding standards and development processes, and contribute to building a vibrant internal technical environment.
4. Engage in product discussions and contribute to development implementations.1. Solid programming skills with excellent design and code quality
2. Familiarity with commonly used WEB components such as MySQL, Redis, MQ, Nginx etc., with the ability to optimize their usage
3. Prior experience in designing and implementing services with high online traffic is preferred
4. Strong learning ability, independent problem-solving ability, and a strong curiosity for cutting-edge technology, and a willingness to share
5. Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: golang, java, python, php, c++. In-depth understanding of GoLang is preferred.
