Responsible for bidding strategy and algorithm in Pangle ad serving, as well as improvement in stages including targeting, recall, precision ranking, bidding, etc., to ultimately optimize monetization efficiency and ad ROI. 2. In charge of efficiency improvement and effect optimization of large-scale online learning deep models. 3. Accountable for utilizing strategic and model methods to explore the newest monetization technologies and commercial product designs from aspects like attribution measurement, serving experience, and long-term sustainable advertising business, and suggesting innovative vertical advertising solutions. 4. Participating in the design, development, and iteration of ad models such as CTR and CVR.1. Hands-on optimization experience of large-scale advertising system, expertise in developing and optimizing bidding algorithm and strategy, familiar with advertising business and ad serving mechanism, well-versed with bid products like OCPC/OCPM/AEO. 2. Excellent coding skills, solid foundation in data structure and algorithm. 3. Strong foundation in machine learning/deep learning theories, proficient in at least one mainstream deep learning programming framework. 4. Good team spirit, strong communication abilities; proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to drive team development. 5. Sensitive to data and business, passionate about solving challenging problems, with strong capacity for abstraction, project promotion, and innovation.
