Your Main Duties In Flying With Us

• Responsible for contributing to the creative process by turning briefs into clear visual narratives, mood boards, and conceptual frameworks.

• Brainstorm creative concepts and develop visual assets based on briefs to support the Brand Marketing Team.

• Build custom 3D models/assets and animate engaging 2D/3D motion graphics for promotional campaign videos.

• Run post-production workflows, including video editing, basic compositing, color correction, and audio syncing for final deliverables.

• Experiment with emerging AI tools and production workflows to elevate creative output and optimize turnarounds.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align creative vision, refine concepts, and ensure seamless project delivery.

Mandatory Belongings That You Must Prepare

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in motion design or 3D animation; prior e-commerce background is a strong plus.

• High proficiency in 3D software (Cinema 4D or Blender) alongside the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop).

• Vast knowledge of motion design techniques, current visual trends, and hands-on experience with generative AI creative tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, Photoshop Firefly, Stable Diffusion).

• Solid hands-on experience working with 3D modeling, rigging, and fundamental animation principles.

• Strong ability to brainstorm fresh concepts, translate briefs into storyboards, and execute creative visual ideas.

• Working knowledge of post-production workflows, compositing, color correction, and basic VFX.
