Responsibilities 

• Contribute on task delivery such as performing analysis (descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive).

• Gathering requirements and scoping for reporting and analysis.

• Build & maintain data mart and dashboards for tracking commercial and product OKR and initiatives.

• Implement pre-analysis before A/B Testing, and also post-analysis to conclude the result statistically.

• Identify product or business opportunities and support growth with the data-drive initiative and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and presentation skills

• The ability to work both as a team and independently

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

• Ability to manage and prioritize daily tasks while being goal-oriented

• Practical knowledge of ETL tools and Data Warehouse (e.g. Airflow, BigQuery)

• Expert in SQL and strong experience with a Data Visualization and Reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Google Data Studio)

• Good understanding in statistical summary and inference (hypothesis testing: a/b testing, t-test, difference-in-difference, etc)

• Practical knowledge of programing languages (e.g. Python, Shell) and Python/R for statistical analysis
