WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Magnifi is changing the way consumers shop for investments by bringing trusted data, insights, and a world of investment opportunities right to their fingertips. Magnifi’s free search tool and AI-powered personal investing assistant enable individual investors with varying degrees of investment experience and know-how with investment intelligence that, up to now, has only been offered to professional financial advisors. Magnifi also provides, free, no commission and no-order flow trading of stocks, ETFs, and mutual funds for investors seeking to easily put their insights to work. In a world where every individual is unique, TIFIN enables Magnifi customers to gain critical investment intelligence and recommendations that match their distinct investment needs, risk levels, goals, and personal interests.
As a Martech Engineer you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing our marketing technology stack. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure seamless integration between systems, enhance data flows, and enable marketing automation and campaign execution. Your role will involve configuring and maintaining platforms, developing solutions for data synchronization, and analyzing results to enhance customer acquisition, engagement and marketing effectiveness..
THE ROLE:
- Support and maintain our marketing technology platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, data management, analytics, personalization, and content management systems)
- Implement and maintain data integrations between marketing platforms and other tools (CRM, analytics, social, email, etc.) to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
- Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows that enhance customer engagement, nurture leads, and drive conversions
- Build and maintain custom integrations, scripts, and solutions that meet business requirements. Write clean, scalable code and scripts for system interoperability
- Work with marketing, product, and design stakeholders to understand needs, propose solutions, and lead technical aspects of martech-related projects
- Provide our users with an overall experience with high quality, scalability and robustness
- Help shape engineering and company culture
WHO YOU ARE:
- 3+ years in a martech, marketing operations, or technical marketing role with hands-on experience in platform management and data integration
- Proficiency in managing and integrating key marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, Segment, etc.)
- Strong understanding of databases, SQL, and data flow principles
- Experience with web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and API integrations
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and workflow automation tools
- Strong understanding of analytics, data warehousing, and reporting. Ability to analyze and visualize data to drive marketing insights
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- A high degree of comfort working with front-end engineers and designers
- Ability to thrive in a highly demanding, entrepreneurial, and fast-paced environment
- A top performer with a proactive approach who has a “doer” & problem-solver mentality
- An exceptional team player with strong communication skills
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE:
The expected starting salary range for this position is between $90,000 - $120,000. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. The position is also eligible for incentive compensation as well as client acquisition bonus programs.

A note on location. While we have team centers in New York City, San Francisco, Charlotte, Mumbai, Bangalore and Madrid, TIFIN is headquartered in Boulder, CO and our preference is to build the team here whenever possible, so relocation packages are available for any candidate willing to relocate to the Boulder area.
