QA Engineer - Test Automation (m/d/f)

Job Description
Role Summary:
Responsible for developing and maintaining automated test scripts for both Android and iOS applications, ensuring high-quality releases through continuous integration and shift-left testing practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test cases using C#, Selenium, and Appium.
- Integrate tests into Azure DevOps pipelines for continuous testing.
- Utilize BrowserStack for cross-device test execution.
- Collaborate with developers to reuse product code and ensure consistent coding standards.
- Implement tests using Gherkin syntax (e.g., SpecFlow).
- Ensure traceability by tagging tests with ADO work item IDs.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to shared test libraries.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in C# and .NET.
- 3+ years with experience with Appium, Selenium, BrowserStack, and mobile test automation.
- Knowledge of Gherkin/SpecFlow for BDD-style test writing.
- Experience with iOS and Android testing.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, including pipelines and test management.
- Understanding of test pyramid and shift-left testing principles.
