Developer - JD(ITSM and CMDB)

SCOPE

Responsible for Service Now developer, support and collaboration with process owners, enhancing core applications and ensuring delivery and on-going support of IT solutions.

The developer is accountable for configuring and setting up modules/applications. .

ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

•  Coordinate with peers, including administrators, business analysts, developers, and Architects to deliver projects
• Ability to develop and configure applications using , and JavaScript technology
• Perform configuration and development using Workflows, Flow designers, Business rules & Client scripts in .
• Perform Integration with different applications.
• Assist Architect with upgrade planning, testing, and implementation between development and production instances
• Build and extend Scoped applications for internal users
• Build customized Service portal web pages with user friendly widgets using Bootstrap and AngularJS JavaScript frameworks.
• Work closely with onshore and offshore team

SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS

• Deep working knowledge of most or all the following: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Portal, Integration Hub
• Hands-on experience with and demonstrated proficiency in JavaScript, Angular JS, or other related languages
• System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
• Experience with extending the schema to custom applications
• Experience with use of Workflow Editor and Flow Designer
• Understanding of ’s license and entitlement structure
• Experience with platform upgrades
• Experience with Automated Testing Framework.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years related experience required. Previous experience in deploying and managing is required.
