About the role

We work in an agile, multinational organization that develops cutting-edge products and services for both public and private sectors across the Nordic countries. Our teams are committed to creating, supporting, and delivering modern solutions used by healthcare and social care professionals throughout the region.

We are now looking for DevOps Engineers for our Lifecare Open Platform and Clinical Core Solution Operations team to work on our OpenEHR products. Your daily work consists of delivering and deploying our solutions to our customers and providing support in case of needed.

In this role you will

  • Participate in delivering and deploying our products to different customers
  • Participate in supporting our customers in case needed

We are looking for someone with

  • Strong understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with infrastructure automation and orchestration tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Helm)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git, Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps)
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)
  • Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, OpenTelemetry)

We expect you to have a

  • Strong understanding of customer needs and expectations
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across infrastructure and application layers
  • Ability to document and present complex solutions to stakeholders
  • Capability to analyze complex systems with an end-to-end approach

It would be beneficial if you also have

  • Proven experience working directly with customers
  • SW development experience

  • Eager to develop yourself and learn
  • Good team player, attention to detail and you have ability to work well with others
  • Able to support and consulting clients or internal teams

  • Salary from 3800 - 6000 EUR Monthly + benefits package (health insurance, accidents insurance, teambuildings, games, food treats, company events and etc.). Monthly salary offer will be defined based up on the candidate’s professional competence compliance with job demands. Alternative compensation options may be considered depending on qualifications.
