  • Develop business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related Power Platform services.
  • Integrate Microsoft solutions with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Microsoft Graph, Dataverse, APIs, and external business systems.
  • Build AI applications and agent-based solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI.
  • Design retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions that securely connect enterprise data to AI experiences.

Microsoft Fabric and Data Solutions

  • Design and deploy Microsoft Fabric environments and workloads.
  • Build data pipelines, lakehouses, semantic models, and analytics solutions using Fabric, OneLake, Data Factory, and Power BI.
  • Implement appropriate security, identity, governance, lifecycle management, and operational controls across Microsoft data environments.
  • Connect Fabric data products to AI agents, workflows, applications, and reporting experiences.

Production Engineering and Support

  • Establish development, test, and production deployment practices for Microsoft AI and Power Platform solutions.
  • Implement source control, CI/CD, release management, environment strategy, monitoring, logging, and support documentation.
  • Troubleshoot application, workflow, identity, integration, and data issues across the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Create reusable architectures, templates, accelerators, and deployment procedures for recurring client needs.
  • Support production incidents and serve as a senior technical escalation point.

Client Delivery and Technical Leadership

  • Lead technical discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, estimation, and implementation planning.
  • Present solution architectures and technical recommendations to client and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead implementation work from proof of concept through production deployment and operational handoff.
  • Mentor consultants and engineers while helping establish Microsoft delivery standards for the AI Services practice.
  • Partner with sales, solution architecture, security, service delivery, and client teams to support successful outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience designing or developing Microsoft cloud solutions.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Experience deploying and supporting enterprise applications or data workloads in production.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or closely related Microsoft services.
  • Experience integrating systems using REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, connectors, webhooks, or event-driven patterns.
  • Strong understanding of Entra ID, managed identities, secrets management, role-based access control, and environment security.
  • Working knowledge of Python, SQL, JSON, Git, and modern CI/CD practices.
  • Experience working directly with clients and translating business requirements into technical designs.
  • Ability to independently lead technical workstreams and communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Consulting, managed services, or Microsoft partner experience.
  • Experience supporting regulated, security-conscious, or multi-client environments.
  • Experience packaging repeatable solutions into reusable delivery accelerators.
  • Knowledge of application monitoring, cost management, governance, and production support models.
  • One or more relevant Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure development, or Azure architecture.
