ThreeTrader is looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to build a reliable view of marketing performance across the complete client journey—from first interaction through registration, verification, first-time deposit and active trading.

This role will help the business understand which markets, channels, campaigns and audience segments generate genuine commercial value.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain marketing dashboards covering acquisition, activation, retention and revenue.
• Connect and analyse data from advertising platforms, websites, CRM systems, trading systems and internal databases.
• Define consistent reporting standards and data definitions across marketing teams.
• Measure performance by market, channel, campaign, creative, device and customer segment.
• Analyse the funnel from visitor to registration, KYC completion, first-time deposit and active client.
• Develop attribution models and evaluate channel incrementality.
• Monitor CAC, CPA, cost per verified client, cost per FTD, LTV, ROAS and payback period.
• Identify tracking gaps, data-quality issues and abnormal performance patterns.
• Partner with marketing teams to improve budget allocation and campaign efficiency.
• Create customer cohorts and analyse retention, deposit and trading behaviour.
• Support forecasting, target setting and annual marketing planning.
• Design measurement frameworks for experiments, promotions and new-market launches.
• Present complex analysis as clear commercial recommendations for senior management.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, product analytics or business intelligence.
• Advanced SQL and strong spreadsheet skills.
• Experience with visualisation platforms such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager and major advertising platforms.
• Understanding of attribution, cohort analysis, funnel analysis and experimental design.
• Ability to work with large, multi-source datasets.
• Strong commercial judgment and communication skills.
• Experience with Python or R is desirable.
• Experience in FX, CFD, fintech, financial services, gaming or another high-volume digital acquisition business is highly desirable.
