Job Summary
As a Product Management Specialist III, you will support the Custom & Bulk Chemical Services portfolio by driving product lifecycle management, partnering across commercial and operational functions, and delivering profitable growth through effective portfolio strategy, market analysis, and cross-functional execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day product portfolio and lifecycle for our Analytical Reagents portfolio, specifically our custom chemical services & solutions
- Develop long-range product strategies for our Analytical Reagents portfolio and support annual planning.
- Partner with cross functional partners, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, R&D, and regional teams to provide product training & support
- Monitor revenue, margin, market share, and other business KPIs.
- Analyze market and competitive data to identify growth opportunities.
- Support new product launches, portfolio optimization, and lifecycle decisions.
- Apply lessons learned from customer engagements to improve processes and future project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Supply Chain Management or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in portfolio or supplier management.
- Knowledge of the chemical industry & commercial experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong customer focus with a proven ability to build lasting relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Strong business acumen and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization with a high degree of autonomy.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Ability to travel up to 15%, including occasional international travel.
