DESCRIPTION:

You'll work with teams to identify process improvements, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and gain exposure to advanced technologies and industry best practices. This internship provides a foundation for potential future opportunities within our Leadership Development Programs or full-time positions.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Preferred Fields of Study: Academic program that aligns with internship focus area
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated leadership potential through academic or extracurricular activities
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Previous internship experience preferred but not required
• Ability to meet physical requirements specific to role and work environment
• Willingness to learn and apply continuous improvement methodologies
• Commitment to safety, quality and regulatory compliance standards.

• Basic English reading and comprehension

Preferred Technical Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of SolidWorks (part and assembly modeling).

  • Ability to create and update 2D engineering drawings.

  • Basic understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T is preferred.

  • Interest in reverse engineering and mechanical design.

  • Ability to document engineering processes and prepare technical documentation.

  • Interest in manufacturing processes, preferably plastic injection molding.

  • Basic knowledge of measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, height gauges) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and documentation.
