What you’ll do

  • Project Management: Manage the entire project lifecycle from internal hand-over to customer delivery, ensuring all deliverables such as Data packs and O&M manuals meet client specifications, timelines, and budgets.
  • Technical and Commercial Engagement: Engage proactively with clients on technical and commercial matters, maintaining clear communication and providing regular project status updates.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal product specialists, sales teams, and regional branches to support transport and commissioning activities. Drive project schedules and coordinate resources to meet agreed deadlines. 
  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, conduct post-project negotiations, and ensure adherence to HSE and housekeeping standards. 
  • Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required to client sites or regional offices to support project delivery and coordination.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

What you’ll bring

Must-haves:

BSc/B Tech Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 

Minimum of three (3) years of project management experience in a multi-disciplinary environment. 

Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Office skills. 

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 

Nice-to-have(s):

PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification.
