About the Role:

The Senior Software Engineer is a subject matter expert in a number of tools and technologies and will deliver state-of-the-art application design, development and support. You will be based in the Princeton, New Jersey office reporting to the IT Manager.

You Will:

• Serve as a subject matter expert in various tools and technologies.
• Design, develop, and support state-of-the-art applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and accurate code based on specifications.
• Lead technical discussions on architecture, infrastructure, and frameworks.
• Evaluate technology choices for business value, scalability, maintainability, and project performance.
• Provide advice, guidance, training, and support to users, partners, vendors, and colleagues.
• Assist in implementing application development standards for designing, building, and maintaining applications.
• Ensure the use of standard languages and tools for application development.

You Have:

• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft .NET and .NET Core C# language
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, and Python
• Experience with JSON and XML
• Experience with RESTful web services
• Experience with web design (UI/UX) and development
• Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS
• Experience with relational databases, preferably SQL Server
• Experience with developing reports for purposes of data analysis and business intelligence, preferably using Tableau
• Experience with security frameworks for user and services authorization and authentication
• Experience with creating and executing unit, functional, destructive and performance tests
• Experience with modern debugging and root cause analysis techniques
• Experience with software version control
• Experience with software development lifecycles

Pay Range: $110,000 - $140,000
