Head of Product & Commercial

We're on the hunt for a Head of Product & Commercial. Are you someone who has built products, partnerships or revenue streams from the ground up? Do you thrive in environments where commercial thinking, innovation and execution go hand in hand? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

As our Head of Product & Commercial, you'll own a portfolio of products end-to-end, from identifying market opportunities and structuring commercial partnerships through to launching, optimising and growing products that deliver business results. You'll work closely with insurers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive growth, innovation and commercial performance across the portfolio.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• 8-12 years' experience in Product, Commercial, Partnerships or Category Management.
• Experience within Financial Services, Insurance, Telecommunications, Retail Financial Services, Retail or FMCG environments.
• A proven track record of building products, partnerships, businesses or revenue streams from scratch.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with experience managing strategic partnerships.
• The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
