The IT Business Data Analyst is responsible for transforming large volumes of structured and unstructured data into actionable insights, predictive analytics, and other learning models to support and drive informed decision-making. This role is responsible for analyzing complex data sets, deriving new knowledge, and applying advanced analytical techniques to solve business problems that may not be immediately well-defined. The IT Business Data Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and optimization, ensuring that data-driven solutions align with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Required Education, Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, data science, computer science, management information systems, finance, statistics, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience as a data analyst, business intelligence analyst, market research analyst, financial analyst, statistician, or equivalent roles.
- Proven experience in conducting statistical analysis and building models with advanced scripting language such as R, SPSS, SQL or other analytic tools.
- Considerable experience in solving business problems with advanced analytical solutions.
- Experience with consumer-level data for the purposes of analysis, reporting, and/or marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to clearly explain complex data insights to diverse audiences, fostering alignment and understanding.
- Strong understanding of decision-making processes, workflows, and the business and information needs of IT unit leaders and product managers.
- Proficient in data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving, with the ability to identify patterns, derive actionable insights, and challenge conventional wisdom.
