Core responsibilities
This role, as our new global Talent Programme Manager, lead the execution of multiple global talent programmes, driving tasks and timelines, reviewing progress and adjusting as vital. Taking responsible for measuring the programmes impact and reporting insights to senior partners.
Additionally, define the programmes brand and communication approach and assets, and balance multiple senior collaborators (for example Talent, HR, Functional and Business Leaders) and vendors. Lead the programmes yearly nomination process and defines the yearly roll-out plan for the programmes’ execution. And handle programme resources and ensures timely delivery of all worldwide talent programmes.
- Audits programmes progress and prepares reports and updates for senior partners.
- Coordinates activities of all the parties involved, ensuring that all required actions are in place by liaising with senior leaders, internal experts, people partners, team members and vendors.
- Facilitates where needed programme events as a trainer in partnership with vendors or internal senior partners.
- Resolves issues related to the programmes management, participants and collaborators.
- Defines the programmes communication plan and assets.

The Global Talent Management Team focuses on strengthening talent pipeline for leadership and critical roles at the LEGO Group. This role will lead the delivery of our signature programs crafted to build the capability of selected senior leaders and emerging talent through powerful strategic and talent interventions.
The role is based in the new LEGO® Campus in Billund, and we offer an exciting, inspiring, and flexible work environment – and a little fun as well!
Do you have what it takes?
We are open to various educational backgrounds, as long as preferred candidates have the right learning approach, the right skills to further develop, more years of experience in HR and demonstrated leadership and organizational skills. But ideally a degree from a relevant subject area, like Human Resources Management, Communications, or Project management, or similar would be an advantage.
To be able to empower and lead this agenda, we envision candidates:
- Ideally, experience working internationally with different locations, countries and cultures.
- Experienced managing multiple collaborators at senior level (for example Talent, HR, Functional and Business Leaders).
- Experience managing sophisticated projects on a global basis, requiring attention to detail and planning skills.
- Experienced in data analysis, drawing insights, conclusions and actions
- Highly self-motivated team member demonstrated how they have grown self and others in a team context.
Advanced English both written and verbally are needed since we are an international gathered organization.
