Are you ready to tackle manufacturing challenges by designing efficient, well-organized production spaces that enhance workflow and innovation? 

Use your expertise to create detailed layout drawings that ensure efficient production environments, streamline workflows and make a lasting impact on manufacturing performance!

Core Responsibilities: 

  • Design and optimize factory layouts to enhance workflow and productivity 

  • Ensure all designs comply with safety standards and regulations 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals 

  • Analyze existing processes and material flow to optimize layouts 

  • Continuously evaluate the performance of production layouts, implementing adjustments to enhance efficiency and address evolving challenges

Do you have what it takes? 

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software  

  • Czech and English at a communicative level 

  • Strong analytical skills for process evaluation 

  • Experience in project management and planning 

  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration 

  • Problem-solving abilities with a creative approach 

Nice-to-haves that will help you stand out: 

  • Experience with Adobe and Microsoft software 

  • Knowledge of industry-specific safety regulations 

  • Takes initiative, recognizes and acts on opportunities
