Core Responsibilities
- Leadership and development of process specialists team consisting of 8 subject matter experts located both in Denmark and globally.
- Together with the Source-2-Pay Global Process Owner, implement and maintain standardized processes aligning with the Global Process Owners overarching strategy.
- Drive End to End performance and optimization with focus on productivity and quality.
- Act as a trusted advisor through value-based stakeholder management with open and clear communication.
- Motivate the team to deliver efficiently and effectively on ambitious targets supporting globalisation, digitalisation, standardisation, and compliance agenda.
- Close teamwork and partnering with the Global Source to Pay team towards Procurement, Finance, Digital and other key internal and external stakeholders.
- Secure design of global processes including risk and controls.
- Drive the Purchasing & Supplier Management and Travel & Expense Management Functions and initiatives across and outside organizational boundaries.
- Resource prioritisation and allocation to projects, improvement initiatives and support tasks

Business Process & Information is part of Business Services Operations. We provide specialist knowledge, strive for process excellence across the human resource and finance areas, and have responsibility for process training and take part in delivering the business project portfolio. Our mission is to enable the LEGO Group to build the foundation of tomorrow by delivering scalable, adaptable, compliant, secure and cost-efficient processes through end-to-end subject matter expertise. You will be based in Billund and join a global team of 70 dedicated colleagues.
Main purpose is to motivate and develop our team of Source to Pay experts, enabling them to deploy and develop their specialist knowledge to support globalisation, digitalisation, standardisation and compliance agenda. In this role, being a part of BPI Leadership Team, you will need to set the direction and secure translating of overall company’s objectives to team’s targets and coach the team towards delivering on these.
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate holds a university degree or equivalent and proven working experience as a leader for a team of specialists, preferably within the Source-2-Pay process area. Experience working with Finance Shared Service Center organization, having strong operational expertise in process implementation and execution, together with bringing knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma), are also requirements to succeed in this role.

- Strong leadership skills with a robust toolset, and a collaborative mindset with clear stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to drive initiatives and navigate in a multi-layered stakeholder landscape.
- Clear and structure approach, being able to plan and prioritise accordingly.
- Effective communication and presentation skills in English (both verbal and written)
