Core Responsibilities
Lead collaboration efforts with our IP partners.
Develop and own the marketing agenda for assigned brands.
Drive the creation of a communication toolbox aligned with strategic priorities.
Partner with the Head of Product and the Project Lead Team to establish a comprehensive vision and long-term strategic direction.
Spearhead the global rollout of assigned brands to ensure top-tier deployment.
Oversee business performance and insights to guide product and marketing development for assigned brands.

The IP Team is a part of PG Core Business with the ambition of celebrating fandom in the best way possible by crafting experiences and marketing toolboxes that are relevant for the target audiences. Using the power of IPs, allows us to be relevant for fans that might not have considered playing with LEGO products.
As a pivotal member of the IP Lead team, the Senior Marketing Manager will support the Head of Product in aligning strategy across assigned brands, setting business targets, and fostering collaboration with both internal and external partners!
Do you have what it takes?
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a global or regional role, with a strong track record in communication development.
Proven experience working with IP partners and product development.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, cross-functional, and international team.
Dedicated with strong decision-making, analytical, time management, and marketing innovation skills.
Consumer-centric with a curiosity for exploring new opportunities and translating insights into action.
Excellent communication skills; adept at building relationships and negotiating with diverse teams and partners across various regions and business areas.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), Google Analytics, and PowerBI is preferred.
