Senior Industrial Engineer

Job Description

This role is to provide the best products, packaging and set-up solutions with high reliability and cost efficiency in JIA factory.

•    Follow company internal novelty timeline and process, lead special NPI projects, launch new products to local site.
• ·       Creates and maintains production master data for products in system, such as SAP, LPS-finish pack, etc.
• ·       Design and continuous improvement of production line layout and the placement of elements between the feeding technologies on production platform.
• Jiaxing local owner of the Simplicity process for the dedicated production module.

• Secure the successful Launch of new products to factory and enhance all relevant stakeholder’s minset.

• Design and maintain best production set up settings and always seeking for better solution.

• Maintenance of the LEGO IE rules and share knowledge internal and global.

• Pro-actively provide support to Supply Chain, Engineering and Maintenance, Logistic and Planning.

• Lead various improvements both within NPI&IE and in cooperation with other departments, including using IE method to help both operation and business.

• For interface between R&D IE and NPI&IE teams in other plants.

• Lead or participate in global IE relevant projects.

• Persistently drive and promote simplicity direction.

• Accomplish other tasks assigned by manager

Do you have what it takes?

• At least 5 years working experience
• Sufficient IE\NPI experience or familiar with packaging material and process
• Has a proven knowledge or education to handle master data and system related tasks
• Deep understanding of NPI&IE process both in a local and global context
• Collaboration with different teams
