Join us to collaborate with creatives from the LEGO Group and Merlin Entertainments, elevating LEGOLAND experiences for families worldwide through co-creation and teamwork! 

Core Responsibilities 

  • Assist our creative partners throughout all stages of the LEGO Group and LEGOLAND experience development processes, from early planning to on-site delivery, ensuring seamless integration of relevant and contemporary LEGO brand expressions. 

  • Co-drive the execution of current brick-building activities and set the direction for future executions and quality standards. 

  • Serve as a LEGO brand ambassador, supporting and co-creating with creative leads on projects across both new and existing estates, globally and locally. 

  • Continuously build connections and liaise with relevant departments to secure the latest LEGO brand knowledge, insights, and mentorship. 

  • Provide ad-hoc creative solutions during all stages of the development process, seeking input from creative leads to balance creative and business objectives. 

  • Invest in forming relationships and networks with primary partners, both internal and external, who are crucial to the development of new experiences.

Merlin Entertainments Group is the second largest theme park operator globally and the largest in Europe, with over 100 attractions reaching more than 60 million guests annually. The group includes 10 LEGOLAND Parks, 25 LEGOLAND Discovery Centres, 7 LEGOLAND Hotels, and 3 LEGOLAND Water Parks, with plans for continued expansion. 

The LEGO Brand Parks & Experience team brings the LEGO brand to life across LEGOLAND attractions, including water parks, theme parks, indoor family entertainment centers, and hotels! 

Do you have what it takes? 

  • Proven background in designing products or experiences, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work. 

  • Skilled at taking initiative & self direction, working effectively and creatively without the need for a detailed brief. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving work environment. 

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on finding effective solutions. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. 

  • Previous experience and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
